RICHARD WOLF

Richard Wolf graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1973. His practice concentrates on personal injury litigation. He is a past president of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and for several terms served on the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is presently President of the Wyoming Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization of experienced trial attorneys from both the plaintiffs and defense bar.
He is admitted to practice in all courts in Wyoming, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and has litigated cases in many jurisdictions outside of Wyoming. His practice concentrates on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, defective products, premises liability, automobile accidents, and work place injury.

Robert W. Tiedeken graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1981. He is a former President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and currently a Governor to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Along with Richard Wolf, he is listed in the “Best Lawyers in America.” He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who have achieved awards or settlements in excess of $1,000,000 for an individual client. He was recently asked to join the Association of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys as a member of a National Litigation Advisory Board.
