What are your fees?
Our firm works on a contingency fee basis for personal injury cases. Our fees are always in accordance with guidelines imposed by the Wyoming Supreme Court. The fees can vary depending on the nature of the case. Generally, our firm charges a 25% contingent fee if the case settles prior to the filing of a lawsuit, or a 33 1/3% contingent fee if a lawsuit is filed. The fees can increase if a case is more complex or in the event of an appeal. The attorneys will determine the appropriate fee on a case by case basis.

How long will my case take?
Generally in Wyoming a case can take up to several years depending on the circumstance. Wyoming courts are known to be faster than most other states.
How long do I have to pursue my case?
Statutes of limitations are laws that set certain time limits for bringing certain kinds of lawsuits. These time limits can vary depending on the type of case. If an injured person does not pursue their case within the time limits they can lose their right to do so.
